Ayodele Egwaikhide holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and is a Certified Sarbanes Oxley Expert. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at American Tower since July 2023, Ayodele previously held multiple leadership roles at American Tower, including Head of Network Operations and Head of Systems and Business Process Management. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Lead Integration and Acquisition for EMEA & LATAM at American Tower España, and leading the integration of Eaton Towers in Africa. Ayodele also established and optimized the Business Compliance Department in Nigeria while supporting senior executives. Additional roles include Head of Audit and Control at AXA Mansard Pensions Limited and Compliance Manager at Bristow Group. Early career experience includes a Senior Associate position at KPMG Professional Services Nigeria.
