Jennifer Percy possesses extensive experience in customer success and project management within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Customer Success at Amwell since August 2017, Jennifer has progressed through various roles including Director of Customer Success for Global and Government Solutions, and Senior Manager of Customer Success. Prior to Amwell, Jennifer held project management positions at McKesson and athenahealth, as well as an account management role at Page International, Inc. Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2010.
