Mike Baird is the current President of Customer Solutions at Amwell. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Mike Baird started their career as a Venture Partner at Waterline Ventures. Mike then moved on to become the President of the American Telemedicine Association. In July 2018, Mike became the President of American Well and lead health system business to drive American Well’s largest segment. Mike was responsible for more than doubling revenue and expanding to nearly half of all hospitals in United States. In July 2020, Mike Baird moved to their current position as President of Customer Solutions at Amwell.

Mike Baird has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a concentration in marketing, strategy, and organizational behavior. Mike also has a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Brigham Young University, where they graduated cum laude.
