Rafael Alexandre Alves is currently the Coordinator of Processes and Customer Service at Jadlog Logística, responsible for leading the customer service team and managing key client relations, as well as implementing methodologies such as OKR and PDCA to enhance customer success. With extensive experience at americanas s.a. as both Supervisor of Quality and Staff and Supervisor of Customer Service, Rafael focuses on continuous improvement of service results through data analysis and agile methodologies. Previous roles include Supervisor of Sales, Auditor, and Customer Service Representative at AlmavivA do Brasil, as well as Collections Assistant at Ems Serviços Informatizados Ltda. Rafael holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
