Catherine Porterfield

Catherine Porterfield is an experienced executive in member engagement and services, currently serving as Vice President of Member Engagement & Services at America's Credit Unions since April 2024. Previously, Catherine held the position of VP of Membership & Senior Engagement Officer at NAFCU from 2014 to 2024, where a multi-year growth-focused strategic plan was developed, resulting in a 63% market share and over $17 million in annual revenue. Additional roles include Vice President of Membership & Sales at the International Academy in Amman, Senior Public Relations and Communications Manager, Director of Marketing at the Jordan Tourism Board, and Vice President of Marketing at Tree Top Kids Inc.
