Lucas Alves de Sousa

Lucas Alves de Sousa currently serves as the Legal and Compliance Director at Americas Health, leading the legal department of the holding and its operational units since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lucas was a partner and manager at Macedo & Andrade Advogados, specializing in Corporate Contracts, Corporate Law, M&A, and Estate and Succession Planning from June 2018 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes legal positions at ITA Transportes and various roles including legal assistant positions at the Goiás Public Ministry and the Goiás Court of Justice. Lucas holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management at USP/Esalq, in addition to having completed postgraduate studies in Labor Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law at Uni-ANHANGUERA.
