Magesh Sarma

CIO at AmeriSave

Magesh Sarma is the current Chief Information Officer at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. Magesh has previously held positions as a consultant, president, director, and lead software architect.

Sarma began their career in 2003 as a senior software architect at TechDiscovery. Magesh then transitioned to Allied Holdings where they became the lead for transportation logistics product development. After a year in this role, Sarma moved to afterBOT as the director of product development.

In 2007, Sarma joined Emerson Climate Technologies as a consultant. During their three years at Emerson, Sarma piloted the Demand Response product and developed the Setpoint Verification product. Magesh also enhanced the Condition-Based Maintenance product and was granted a US patent for their work on monitoring and evaluating equipment operating parameter modifications.

Sarma left Emerson in 2010 to become the president of Metamach Solutions. Magesh held this position for two years before returning to AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation in 2012 as the Chief Information Officer.

Magesh Sarma completed an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, an MCA in Computer Science from Pondicherry University, and a BS in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.

Magesh Sarma works with Bryan Marlatt - Chief Information Security Officer, Jonathan Beamer - Chief Marketing Officer, and Joe Bilko - EVP, Capital Markets & Chief Revenue Officer. Magesh Sarma reports to Patrick Markert, Owner & CEO.
