Gina K. Clark

Gina K. Clark is the EVP, Chief Communications & Administration Officer at AmerisourceBergen. Gina has held this position since November 2005. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President, Alliance Relations at Premier, Inc. from January 2000 to November 2005, where they were responsible for developing and executing corporate strategy including marketing, communications, branding and voice of the customer initiatives designed to drive company growth.

In their previous role at HealthSouth, Clark served as Senior Vice President, National Contracting and Managed Care Strategy from April 1992 to December 1999. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing contracting and managed care strategy for HealthSouth's network of over 2,000 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation centers and home health agencies.

Clark is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration.

Gina K. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University and a second degree in Psychology from Samford University.
