Jillian D. Lore is a Senior Director, Corporate Governance and SEC Reporting Counsel at American Express Global Business Travel, where they provide proactive legal advice to senior business leaders and manage corporate governance programs. With over 16 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and securities regulations, they have served in various legal capacities, including as an Associate Attorney at Agins, Siegel, Reiner & Bouklas, LLP and as Legal Counsel for both Sims Metal Management Limited and HRG North America. Jillian is currently pursuing a B.S. in Communication Studies and a J.D. at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, both with honors.
