Lina Lim

Lina Lim is a seasoned professional in the beauty and retail industry, currently serving as Senior Key Account Manager for LANEIGE at AMOREPACIFIC since November 2023, where responsibilities include commercial development in Europe and team supervision. Previously, Lina held the role of Category Manager and Merchandising Manager at SEPHORA from July 2018 to October 2023, focusing on business development across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories in various European markets, and notably leading the national launch of MAC Cosmetics in France. Earlier experience includes product development at Unilever for Maille, consultancy roles at Capgemini Consulting and GDF SUEZ, and a stint as Category Manager Assistant at L'Oréal. Lina holds a Master’s degree in Business in Management from ESSEC Business School and an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University.
