Tiara Cortez

Tiara Cortez is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Ampere since October 2018, Tiara plays a key role in recruiting engineers for Silicon Engineering and Logic Development, focusing on diverse specialties such as circuit design and VLSI design. Prior to Ampere, Tiara held various positions including Technical Recruiter at netPolarity, Inc. and Manager of North America Talent Acquisition at Synaptics, where leadership included management of recruiting teams and full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical roles. Tiara's earlier career includes technical sourcing at Google and HR specialist roles at NEC Electronics America. Tiara holds a BA in Social Science from San José State University and an MS in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
