Nicolas Pierri

Nicolas Pierri is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Market Director Iberia at AmRest since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the Global Head of IT Operations at COFCO International from August 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the IT operations team globally, managing infrastructure projects, and overseeing the Service Management Office. Previous positions held include Head of IT Operations for EMEA & APAC at COFCO International, and Head of Infrastructure and Operations at Minera Exar S.A. Nicolas has extensive expertise in managing complex IT environments, infrastructure project management, and service delivery, with a rich background in various roles across multiple companies, including Monsanto Company, Émerix, and Diagnomed. Nicolas holds a Licentiate degree in Information Technology from Universidad de Belgrano, completed in 2005.
