Stacie Phillips

Stacie joined AMRI in August 2018. Prior to AMRI, Stacie held a number of legal and commercial roles of increasing responsibility at Baxter International over a nine-year period; ultimately as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Global Businesses/Global Science & Technology. In that role, she led a team of attorneys and paralegals responsible for global pharmaceutical and medical device businesses with revenue of over $8.5 billion; handling legal matters in commercial, contract manufacturing, procurement, research and development, medical affairs, patient safety, and clinical operations. Prior to Baxter, Stacie was in private practice at McDermott, Will & Emery representing and advising pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, hospitals and health systems in healthcare business transactions, and regulatory and compliance matters. In addition, Stacie has over a decade of experience making significant contributions in sales, marketing, finance and commercial operations roles in a variety of products and services industries.
