Natalie Burkhardt has over 7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and account management. Natalie'swork experience includes being a Project Manager at AMS Group, a Business Analyst II & Project Coordinator at RELI Group, and an Account Manager at CPA Global. Natalie has also worked as a Team Lead at Oblon and an Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist at Wenderoth, Lind & Ponack, L.L.P. Natalie'sresponsibilities included managing and empowering teams, leading requirements meetings, conducting gap analysis, executing projects to improve CRM processes, delivering patent applications, and serving as the principal liaison between internal and external clients. Natalie Burkhardt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Technical Writing from George Mason University, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Natalie also has an Associate of Arts in General Education from Northern Virginia Community College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. In 2016, they began pursuing their Master of Science in Management of Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2019. Natalie Burkhardt also has a certification in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained from Scrum Alliance in May 2022. Additionally, they completed two courses in Improve your Business Analysis Skills and Business Analytics Foundations: Predictive, Prescriptive, and Experimental Analytics through LinkedIn in May 2022 and July 2020, respectively.
