Ulrich S.

Ulrich S. serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at ams OSRAM, overseeing the Business Unit for Opto Semiconductors since 2023. Prior to this role, Ulrich S. was the Chief Development Officer at Aledia, a MicroLED startup in Grenoble, from 2021 to 2023. Ulrich's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Director of Quantum Hardware Engineering at Microsoft (2019-2021) and various leadership roles at OSRAM from 2001 to 2019, culminating as Vice President of R&D and Head of Technology for GaN and GaAs LED/Laser Technology.
