Kelly Pappas

Kelly Pappas is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and compliance. Currently serving as AVP of Claims Compliance & Regulatory at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., since June 2020, Kelly has built a comprehensive operational organization for a vast inventory of claims and has implemented innovative training and system enhancements. Prior to this, Kelly was a Risk Advisor at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group, specializing in commercial lines for small and mid-sized businesses. Kelly's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where various roles included Manager of Operational Reporting and Claims Manager, driving operational efficiency and data management in commercial insurance. Kelly holds a Doctor of Law degree from Suffolk University Law School and degrees in Legal Studies and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Community College of Rhode Island, respectively.
