Frederick Spencer, CDPSE, CISM, CRISC, ICBRR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security and risk management. Frederick currently holds the position of SVP - Chief Information Security Officer at Amynta Group since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Everest as an Advisor from June 2023 to September 2023, and as the Chief Information Security Officer from November 2017 to June 2023. Frederick also served as the US Head of IT and Data Risk Management at Société Générale from September 2016 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from October 2014 to August 2016 as an IT Controls, Cyber Security & Operational Risk Specialist. Before that, Frederick held various roles at Bank of America, including Managing Director - Head of Corporate Operational Risk Technology from 2011 to 2014. Frederick also worked at JP Morgan Chase in different capacities, such as Managing Director, Corp Systems and Compliance Technology from 2009 to 2011, Managing Director - Risk Technology - Data Management from 2006 to 2009, and Managing Director - Corporate Operational Risk Technology from 2003 to 2006. Frederick began their career at JP Morgan Chase in 1992, where they held the positions of VP - Head of Credit Risk Analysis Technology from 1997 to 2002 and VP Corporate Database Architecture from 1992 to 1997. Through their various roles, Frederick has demonstrated expertise in operational risk management, data management, information architecture, and implementing regulatory programs.

Frederick Spencer, CDPSE, CISM, CRISC, ICBRR, holds an MBA degree in Finance & Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. Frederick also studied Economics at Pace University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA in 2020, the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification in 2019, the Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification in 2017, and the Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) certification in 2016. Additionally, they acquired the ICBRR - International Banking Risk & Regulation certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2015.
