John Hassett

John Hassett is Senior Vice President of our Industrial & Consumer group. In this role, Mr. Hassett leads our consumer business and core industrial franchise including Instrumentation, Automation and Energy. He is responsible for driving our growth initiatives, which leverage our extensive franchise capability in measurement, sensing and testing, and also ensuring ADI’s Industrial and consumer strategy is focused to deliver the most impactful solutions to our customers’ most challenging problems.

Prior to this role, he served as senior vice president of global operations and technology and as vice president of manufacturing for assembly and test operations.

In 1993, Mr. Hassett moved to Boston from our Ireland operation to establish and manage our external manufacturing operation and integration of our external contractors in our supply chain. Prior to this move he held a range of management positions in manufacturing, engineering and operations supporting our Ireland operation.

Mr. Hassett joined Analog Devices in 1982 after graduating from the University of Limerick where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in manufacturing engineering. Mr. Hassett also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Limerick.
