Ksenia Faifel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan since November 2017, Ksenia has progressed through multiple roles within the company. Prior to Anaplan, Ksenia worked at Мебельная Фабрика "Мария" from December 2011 to November 2017 as a Lead Financial Analyst, focusing on management accounting, financial control, and strategic planning. Early career experiences include roles at Ingosstrah and various insurance companies, where responsibilities encompassed report submissions, operational accounting, and sales management. Ksenia holds a Master's degree in Financial Analytics from Saratov State Socio-Economic University and a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky.
