Joshua Burnam is a highly experienced principal planner with over 20 years of expertise in environmental planning and permitting, currently serving as the Principal/Federal Market Sector Lead and Principal Environmental Planner at Anchor QEA since August 2006. Joshua specializes in creating environmental documentation for various projects, including waterfront redevelopment and coastal infrastructure. Prior experience includes tenure from 2000 to 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Subject Matter Expert for dredging and port infrastructure at the US Army Corps of Engineers.
