Ritu Malhotra

Ritu Malhotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Andel since October 2025, Ritu also holds a position on the Board of Trustees for Kohl Children's Museum, contributing to organizational oversight and financial management. From January 2021 to January 2025, Ritu worked at CVS Health as Vice President of PBM Innovation, where leadership roles included Co-Chair of the Diversity Leadership Council and General Manager of KineticRx. Prior experience includes serving as President and Senior Vice President at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group from December 2015 to April 2018, as well as a role on the Advisory Board at Ziparim during January 2016 to January 2018.
