Alvaro Oliveira

Alvaro Oliveira is currently the Chief Network Officer at Andela. Prior to this, they were with Mechanism Ventures as a Product Principal from April 2019 to April 2021. Alvaro was also with Toptal as the VP of Talent Operations from April 2011 to April 2019 where they oversaw people management, process creation, cross team coordination, data analysis, and product development.
