Heather Keesler-Fenske, MS, GPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a globally certified human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR operations across the United States and Europe. They have held various roles, including Human Resources Director, Manager, and Consultant, where they focused on employee relations, change management, and talent development. Heather has traveled to over 20 countries, which has provided them with valuable insights into expatriate challenges.
