Bella Zhang

Bella Zhang currently holds a position in Technology and Cyber Risk Management at ANEXT Bank, starting January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Technology Audit at Citi from May 2021 to December 2023, focusing on Information Technology audit for Personal Banking and Wealth Management in the APAC and EMEA regions, along with business monitoring of data, technology, and cyber risks. Previously, Bella worked at PwC Singapore from July 2014 to April 2021 as a Manager in Digital Trust, specializing in IT audits for financial institutions and leading independent reviews for regulatory compliance in Singapore and Hong Kong. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance, both from the National University of Singapore.
