Agustin Abalo

Agustin Abalo serves as the Managing Partner at Agustin J. Abalo, LLC since 2009, and has held a position as a former member of the Board of Directors at BAC Florida Bank since March 2009. Abalo has been a member of the Board at the American Nicaraguan Foundation (ANF) since 2010, where responsibilities include chairing the IT Sub-Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. Previous experience includes leadership roles as President of the Latin American Business Unit at Terremark (2005-2007) and SVP, CIO at Banco Santander International (1994-2007). Additionally, Abalo has held the position of Past President of the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) and President of International Management Assistance Corporation (IMAC) earlier in the career. Educational qualifications include an MBA from LIU Post, a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and a baccalaureate in Engineering from Centro Universitario Mexico, along with multiple certificates in banking and management from prestigious institutions.
