Jessie Loera has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in 2011 as a Business Sales Support Manager at Comcast Business, where they managed a team of sales support reps and focused on sales contract compliance. From 2014 to 2016, Jessie worked as the Director of Training & Compliance at YES House, overseeing training and compliance for a large number of employees. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they served as a Sales Manager and Interim Director of Sales at Travelers Haven, where they were responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new sales reps. In 2018, Jessie joined Advanced Inc. as a Senior Allied Recruiter, managing a team of sales contract recruiters and establishing strong candidate relationships. They then transitioned to Angi, starting as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in 2019 and progressing to roles including Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Team Lead, Talent Acquisition. In these roles at Angi, Jessie focused on high volume full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, compliance with hiring practices, and maintaining relationships with business partners.
