Karly Buckler

Karly Buckler is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in leading and supporting various organizational learning initiatives. Currently serving as the Professional Development Lead and Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner at Anglicare Victoria since October 2020, Karly is responsible for managing key projects related to training needs analyses, e-learning creation, and program evaluation. Previous experience includes the role of Executive Development Manager at Associated British Foods plc, where Karly managed executive development programs, and Learning & Development Projects Coordinator at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, providing expertise in multiple L&D initiatives. Karly’s career began at George Weston Foods, progressing through roles such as Learning & Development Business Partner, People & Performance Administrator, and Learning & Development Administrator. Karly holds a Bachelor of Education in Visual Arts from La Trobe University and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Bendigo TAFE.
