Amritha Murali

Amritha Murali has extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and digital learning innovations, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development and Learning Design at Anglo American since December 2021 and also holding the role of Head of Future and Functional L&D Solutions. Prior to this, Amritha worked at British American Tobacco from May 2019 to December 2021 as the Global Digital Learning Innovations Lead Manager and Global Talent Development Manager for Marketing. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Berenberg and Goldman Sachs, focusing on equity capital markets and corporate broking. Amritha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc Hons in Management with Computer Sciences from the University of Nottingham.
