Tom Williams

Tom Williams has a long and successful career in financial and executive roles. Tom began their career in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer of AT&T Networks and Customer Service, and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T Global Networking Technology Services. Tom then served as Chief Process Officer for AT&T, and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T Labs, Inc. In 2007, they were appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Affinion Group. In 2009, they became President & Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Vice President & CFO of Reader's Digest. From 2012 to 2017, they were Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of HRG Group, Inc. In 2016, they joined Nassau Financial Group as Director, Board Of Directors, Audit Committee Chair, Compensation Committee Member, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of Nassau Corporate Credit LLC. In 2022, they joined Pico as an Independent Director, Board Of Directors, Audit Committee Member, and Aniline Inc. as Director, Board Of Directors.

Tom Williams received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida in 1981. In 1996, they completed an Executive Education Program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
