Cecilia Garza

Cecilia Garza is a seasoned talent and people professional with extensive experience in global talent strategy and operations. Currently serving in a Talent & People role at Anima, Cecilia previously held the position of Senior Global Talent Strategy & Operations Specialist at Zapier, where responsibility included leading global programs for internal mobility and hiring enablement. At Zapier, Cecilia was the first sourcing hire, creating the global sourcing function and developing foundational operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Parker Remick, where Cecilia was involved in executive search consulting and led sourcing for technical roles. Additionally, Cecilia was a Fulbright Fellow, focusing on English language instruction, and conducted significant research on women’s cooperatives while at Brown University. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Development Studies from Brown University.
