Neil Salmon

Neil Salmon has been the President of IGBU at Ansell since July 2013. Prior to that, they were the CFO of Innophos from October 2009 to July 2013. Before that, they were the Integration Project Manager at ICI Paints from January 1998 to December 1999. Neil also worked as the Business Accountant & Project Manager at AECI (AECI Explosives Limited) from January 1995 to December 1998. In addition, Neil Salmon was the CFO of National Adhesives from January 2007 to December 2008 and the CFO Asia Pacific of National Starch and Chemical from January 2001 to December 2007. Furthermore, they were the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd from January 1999 to December 2001. Neil Salmon started their career as a Teacher at Budhanilkantha School from January 1987 to December 1988.

Neil Salmon completed a BA Hons in Politics, Philosophy, Economics at the University of Oxford.

Neil Salmon reports to Neil Salmon, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with John Marsden - Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, Zubair Javeed - Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Gilleece - Senior Vice-President, Corporate General Counsel.
