Neeta Sawant

Neeta Sawant is an experienced Associate Consultant currently with Antal International since April 2024, a global executive search organization with a network of over 800 professionals across more than 30 countries. Prior to this role, Neeta worked at NGS Global from April 2022 to March 2024, where the focus was on providing high-touch service and accelerated completion cycles within a mid-sized platform. Before entering the executive search field, Neeta served as an Executive Assistant at Unify Facility Management Pvt Ltd. from February 2021 to March 2022, contributing to a company dedicated to integrated facility management. Neeta holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, completed in April 2020, and is pursuing an HSC in Commerce at Bhavans College since May 2016.
