Heike Naigur

Associate Director at Anthesis

Heike has over 15 years of experience supporting global companies with their sustainability programs. She has an expert knowledge of decarbonization strategies in transportation, supply chain and logistics sectors prior to joining Anthesis.

As Associate Director for the Climate Group, Heike supports global clients with greenhouse gas inventories, science-based targets and net zero efforts, corporate sustainability strategy, climate change disclosure including CDP and CSR reporting, and value chain action plans and disclosures. She provides clients with practical, long-lasting and feasible climate change solutions.

Before joining Anthesis in 2021, Heike worked for Fortune 500 logistics provider Ryder where she managed their greenhouse gas inventory and target setting, provided KPIs and strategic advice on their Corporate Sustainability Report, energy efficiency benchmarking and project implementation. As part of previous work experience, Heike provided municipalities, including the City of Fort Lauderdale, with sustainability support that included carbon footprinting and sustainability action plan.

Heike holds an MBA focused in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Plymouth, UK, and a PhD in Marine Chemistry from the University of Kiel, Germany. She is a current board member for the South Florida Audubon Society and part of the City of Pembroke Pines Environmental Advisory Board.
