Heather Himmelberger

Heather Himmelberger is a seasoned professional in Agile practices and quality engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Agile Practices at Anthology Inc since November 2019, with extensive experience in Agile coaching and project management. Prior roles include Agile Coach at Liberty Mutual with Sogeti, where guidance was provided for enterprise Agile transformations, and Senior Scrum Master at NextGear Capital, supporting the scaling of Scrum practices. Heather has a solid foundation in software engineering, having worked at Lockheed Martin for over a decade in various roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Enterprise Agile Coach, where significant contributions were made to Agile methodologies adoption across multiple programs. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Studies from Slippery Rock University.
