Alain Wilson

Alain Wilson is the current Chief Financial Officer at Antibe Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were Co-founder and Executive Vice President at Opal Sky Inc, a software and services company which designed, developed and marketed a complete CRM solution for the global travel and hospitality business. Wilson was responsible for managing all internal operations, including product development, finance and HR. However, due to the tech downturn, the company's Series 1 financing of $12 mil was revoked and the company was subsequently sold.

Before Opal Sky Inc, Wilson worked at Mercer Management Consulting (now called Oliver Wyman) as Vice President and Toronto Office Head. Alain's focus there was on strategy, performance improvement, growth and turnaround work in the heavy industry, telecom, airline and insurance industries. Alain was also a founding partner of the Toronto office and played a lead role in growing the office to more than 50 people.

Prior to Mercer Management Consulting, Wilson worked at Strategic Planning Associates as a Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate.

Alain Wilson has an MBA from IMD, and a Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University.
