Ole Ruch

Ole Ruch is the founder and Managing Partner at Nordstar, an advisory and investment firm working with transformational growth companies. While at WeWork from 2015 - 2020, he launched and oversaw WeWork’s expansion and operations in the Asia and Australia region as Managing Director and Head of Asia, and subsequently oversaw WeWork’s global strategy.

Ole has invested in and advised several growth companies on their international operations and expansion. He served as Managing Director International at Airbnb overseeing their markets in Northern Europe and Asia, and prior to that, he was VP International for Groupon
