Are you a wordsmith with a passion for entrepreneurship? The ANU Entrepreneurship Club is looking for a Blog Editor to curate and shape the voice of our blog. This role offers the chance to work closely with the team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our entrepreneurial community.
About the Role
As the Blog Editor, you’ll oversee the editorial process, ensuring that every article, story, and feature aligns with the club’s vision. You will be responsible for editing, proofreading, and managing content, helping to tell the inspiring stories of our student entrepreneurs.
What You'll Do:
- Edit and proofread blog posts to ensure clarity, grammar, and tone are consistent with our brand voice.
- Collaborate with writers to create engaging and relevant content.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of articles.
- Stay updated on trends and ideas to incorporate into blog content.
- Dedicate 4 hours weekly, including 2 hours in-office for collaboration and content planning.
- Attend team meetings to discuss content strategy and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A student currently enrolled at ANU with experience in writing and editing.
- A portfolio or samples of past blog writing or editing work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing for different audiences.
- Experience in SEO and digital content strategies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
