Mark Rabone

Mark Rabone is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people partnering. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition and People Partnering at AO since July 2021, Mark previously held the role of Strategic People Partner at Turning Point, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team of a leading social enterprise. Prior to that, Mark spent a decade at Centrica in various HR leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources for UK Customer Operations and Energy Efficiency, overseeing significant headcount and strategic initiatives. Mark's career also includes key HR positions at Focus DIY, B&Q, and Marks and Spencer, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Human Resources from Birmingham City University.
