Erika Shouldice

Erika Shouldice is currently the Chief of Staff to the CFO at Aon. Erika has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Erika began their career as a Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in June 2008. Erika was responsible for assisting in the production and presentation of the annual budget and monthly Executive Management Report, including financial performance, credit risks, expense dashboards and product-specific analysis. Erika left JPMorgan Chase in February 2011 to pursue other opportunities.

In May 2007, Erika interned at Sara Lee in the finance department where they assisted in the production of the annual budget and monthly forecasts and created various corporate deliverables such as headcount reporting, expense optimization and competitor analysis.

Erika Shouldice has a B.S. in Finance Honors and Accounting from DePaul University.

Their manager is Christa Davies, EVP, CFO. Erika Shouldice works with Maggie Westdale - CFO, Aon Benfield, Leslie Follmer - SVP, Head of Investor Relations.
