Byron Spruell joins Aon Board of Directors

Global insurance company Aon has announced that National Basketball Association (NBA) executive Byron Spruell has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

"With his dynamic leadership skills, unwavering integrity and keen strategic insight, Byron will provide valuable perspective on how the firm continues to evolve to better serve clients during this era of unprecedented volatility."

Mr. Spruell currently serves as President, League Operations at the NBA, which he joined in 2016 after two decades at Deloitte LLP. He has more than 27 years of experience in a rage of professional service roles. He is also on the board of several non-profits, including the University of Notre Dame Board of Trustees and the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
