Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan is currently the COO at Aparium Hotel Group. Prior to this, they were with MGM Resorts International for just over five years, Corp Vice President of Food and Beverage Strategy. Before that, Tim was with The Grand Ho Tram Strip for two years as Director of Resort Operations. Then, they were with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for about a year as Director of Restaurants. Their first director-level position was with MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas where they spent just over four years as Director of Restaurants. Tim has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, starting out as a Restaurant Manager with P.F. Chang's China Bistro in October 1999.
