Joe Davis

Joe joined Apartment Life team in 2011, where he has served in client relations, business development, regional president, and now divisional president. Joe is an active member of the Atlanta and Greater Nashville Apartment Associations, as well as the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Beth, two daughters, Maddy and Evangeline, his son, Gabe, and his Goldendoodle, Jake. He loves to help his wife with interior design projects for her clients or their own home as an excuse to use power tools. Other hobbies include running, reading a great book, making a great cup of coffee, and being a husband/father to a wonderful family.
