Mike Rhoades

Mike Rhoades is a seasoned sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in ophthalmology and other medical fields. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Apellis Pharmaceuticals since June 2023, Rhoades previously held multiple leadership roles at Ocular Therapeutix, Inc., where accomplishments included launching the first intracanalicular insert for post-operative pain and recognition as Region of the Year and Region Director of the Year in 2019 and 2021. At Genentech, Rhoades excelled as Division Sales Manager for Ophthalmology and achieved notable awards for sales excellence. Rhoades began a career in medical sales at TAP Pharmaceuticals and has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
