Mahendheren Balakrishnan possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, having held various positions since 1996. Currently, Mahendheren is employed at Apex Laboratories Pvt Ltd since May 2018. Prior to this role, Mahendheren worked at The Sanmar Group from March 2001 to January 2018, at Jhaver Group of Companies from January 1998 to January 2000, and at Malladi Group from December 1996 to December 1998. Mahendheren holds an M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras Jobs, completed between 1994 and 1996, and received earlier education at Loyola College, Chennai, and St. Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Perambur.
