Vatche Cherchian, AssocRICS, FARLA, FNAEA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Apex Housing Solutions, leading strategic and operational initiatives for a company specializing in property management and social housing solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales & Operations at Portico Property, where oversight of multiple offices and P&L management was key, and Head of Lettings & Sales at John D Wood & Co., focusing on portfolio profitability and business growth. Vatche also held leadership positions at Portico Property and belier.co.uk, and gained experience in international diplomacy as a Staff Assistant to the Armenian Ambassador in Washington D.C. with early career experience in tennis coaching and event management.
