Prior to this role, Gina held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2009 to 2014, focusing on sales analytics, customer collaboration, and process development. Gina's career began at Black & Decker, where roles included Director of Demand Planning for Category Management, Six Sigma Black Belt in Customer Fulfillment, and Training and Communications Coordinator from 1989 to 2009.
