Preksha Pandya

Preksha Pandya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Executive HR at Panamax Inc. since May 2022, focusing on HR operations including employee life cycle management, payroll, compliance, and attendance. Before this role, Preksha worked as a Human Resources Executive at Techno Electromech Pvt Ltd, with a generalist profile encompassing talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
