Allen Kaplan

Allen Kaplan is an experienced consultant and a member of the Supervisory Committee at A+ Federal Credit Union since April 2022. Kaplan has held various leadership roles, including Vice Chair and Trustee on the Austin Community College Board of Trustees from June 1994 to January 2017. Kaplan served as Principal at Allen H. Kaplan Consultant from January 1987 to November 2016, and at Public Services Group from June 2010 to June 2014, specializing in Design/Build/Finance Public Private Partnerships for transportation, education, and civic projects. As Managing Principal and CEO of Regional Collaborative Consulting from July 2007 to January 2014, Kaplan focused on public affairs, public relations, and public policy. Kaplan received a BA in Political Science with minors in History and Speech & Theater from Brooklyn College and attended American University Washington College of Law.
