Brian Szymczak

Brian Szymczak is currently the VP of Legal Services at Apollo Endosurgery. Prior to that, they were Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at ArthroCare Corporation from 2006 to 2014. Before that, Brian was an associate at Baker Botts LLP from 1999 to 2006, and a summer law clerk at Kenyon & Kenyon in 1998.

Brian Szymczak attended Duke University School of Law, where they earned their JD. Prior to attending law school, they earned their BS in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Their manager is Charles McKhann, CEO. They work with Kirk Ellis - VP, US Sales, Boris Fischer - VP, Business Process and Systems, and Jeffrey G. Black - CFO.
