Dinesh Babu Loganathan is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef de Partie (CDP) at Silversea Cruises since October 2021, Dinesh has also held roles at The Apollo Group as Assistant Chef de Partie since July 2019, and previously as Sous Chef at The Better Bar Company from October 2016 to December 2018. Dinesh's career began with positions such as Chef de Partie at Johnas and Line Cook at Brewster's Brewing Company Limited, with a foundation as Demi Chef de Partie at Carnival Cruise Line. Dinesh's culinary journey started with training at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Tourism, where a craftsmanship degree in food production and bakery, restaurant, culinary, and catering management was obtained.
